We need to have 2 different groups of users: a group that uses webmail,
(here all all users actually), they only be logging in from localhost and
another group that can use regular pop3 and imap services. Users are stored
in mysql.

hi
i made an rpm as described and istalled everything. Everything works besides
the imapd-ssl and pop3ssl, openssl library is installed, i have a red hat
7.2 box.
The config file says IMAPDSSLSTART=YES and all looks fine but it does not
start automatically nor does it log anything anywhere .

- Courier IMAP 1.5.3.20020823
- Vpopmail 5.2.1
- Qmail 1.0.3
I have compiled these from source running on a Redhat 7.2 box.

I'm haveing a problem that I can't figure out. I'm running redhat 7.3 and
I've succesfully install courier-imap but it seems that I can't get it to

I tried to implement Courier MTA and Courier IMAP on an Suse 7.3. All looks
OK, but if trying to connect vie Outlook Express, I got an unexpected error.
Looking in the Linux-Logs shows, there is an error listed "imapd: chdir: No
such file or directory". I have implemented the courier bits
