I've got some users that keep adding singlequotes to their usernames. I'm
not sure how they manage it, but I suspect they are cutting & pasting from
outlook, or something.
The result is, of course that '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' isn't the same as
[EMAIL PROTECTED], as the ' is seen as a valid eMail char
