I will start of by saying I am a novice and with a little help will be on my
way.
I recently downloaded courier-0.50.0.20050703.tar.bz2,
courier-authlib-0.56.tar.bz2 and the RH FC4 iso's.

I just noticed that lists.sourceforge.net was not accepting any of
my mail with 4xx errors:

How are the message filenames generated?
Are the filenames used in the maildirs globally unique, or only within the
folder?
We are working on a project where incoming emails will be moved into a
different directory structure and stored indefinitely. I need to know if I
can use the existing filena

Is this a known problem? Is there a script I have to replace?
