you can check your setup using authtest. Also, I sugest to enable
debugging in authdaemond.
There is a good article about debugging authentication issues on the
courier homepage . Please check it.
authtest [EMAIL PROTECTED] password
will display all user data if successful. If you set

is there a way how can I import .eml files? Because VHCS-webmail (which I'm
not using, not any more) downloaded e-mails and put it into .eml files and
now, I would like to import these e-mails back to courier. Nowadays I'm using
squirrel webmail, which is connecting through IMAP to courier.
