This anomaly happens if you add a blank blacklist entry. 

Probably the easiest thing to do is select "cancel new configuration off the 
main menu."  If that doesn't get rid of it, manually edit 
$sysconfdir/esmtpd, and blow away the BLACKLISTS setting. 

This glitch is already fixed.
