No, not yet - actually, I did not receive any feedback on my announcement,
yet. You are the first one. Meanwhile I learnt a bit more about port
creation
process and submitted a PR for this just a while before. You could
look it at
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=91740
and if you will do any test, please post a followup so the port will be more
mature/attracting commiters etc.
As a side note - I tested 0.52.2 too, PR available at

I will try both during the day today and post a followup both here
and on freebsd. I'm a big fan of your courier ports. They have
saved me and many others a lot of work. Thanks for your support of
courier on freebsd.

As promised I copied the ports from the above PR's and installed
clamcour and upgraded courier to 0.52.2 on three mailservers that I
have with about 50 to 200 users each and both are working fine. I
didn't need to change anything in /usr/local/etc/courier configuration
on the upgrade and the clamcour only needed clamav and freshclam added
to rc.conf because I wasn't using either and the filter added to
courier with filterctl.
