Great. We had the same idea here in germany. so count us in:

couple of weeks ago with 3 spaces and it worked fine. another tool we
could use is http://www.tokbox.com. it supports 20 users at the same
time. A good date to test it 6 day

Excellent. Well, Alex from IndyHall had previously suggested Cobot -
at least to manage the coworking space but it might also work for
managing projects its free for one month to test out and so far I am
loving it! Maybe check that out too.

Cobot is awesome for managing people and memberships...I don't really see
how it'd be useful for managing projects though.
I'd be helpful to know what you mean by "project management", that means a
lot of different things to different people!
