We are looking at office space in Riverside California and I have a couple questions I was hoping you guys could help. One of the spaces we really like is about 2000 sq ft. with a great layout however it only has 1 restroom. Is one restroom sufficient for a coworking space? Reading the New York

We have one restroom in our 3000 sq foot space, and it's doable, but not always enjoyable. I wish I had a second bathroom, but it's not at the very top of the list. If I had the choice between a phone room and a second restroom, I'd probably choose the phone room. Make sure it has a fan and bathro
