We are looking at office space in Riverside California and I have a
couple questions I was hoping you guys could help.
One of the spaces we really like is about 2000 sq ft. with a great
layout however it only has 1 restroom. Is one restroom sufficient for
a coworking space?

We have one restroom in our 3000 sq foot space, and it's doable, but not
always enjoyable. I wish I had a second bathroom, but it's not at the very
top of the list. If I had the choice between a phone room and a second
restroom, I'd probably choose the phone room.

It depends on your size and activity. We had one restroom for our 1800
square foot office and it never seemed to be a problem. Our
