CJay,
Begin with what you have actually been asked by your friends, family,
prospects and other folks you've talked to; and you'll develop and
fine tune your FAQs as you become operational and more questions

Hello Everyone,
I wanted to announce some exciting things we've been working on here in Chicago
related to coworking.
A couple weeks ago at GCUC Desktime announced our space management software for
coworking spaces. We've spent the last 3 months working on what we believe is
the best solution
Something just for us Canadians:
The CIRA is once again holding the Impact Awards for .ca domains. I've
submitted an entry for both Camaraderie and freelancecampTO and we've
encouraged our members to enter as well, and as much as I'd love one of
them to win, it would ultimately be cool to have
Appreciate the update Sam,
This tool sounds amazing. We are just now getting started with the
development of our co-working space in Kingston, Jamaica so we'll be sure
to keep an eye on Desktime.
All the best.

Oh that stings, but it's true. The wiki needs some love and I'm in the
throes of a plan to make things
betterhttp://opencoworking.org/coworkingwiki/plan.html.
Business plans are a great example of experiences/knowledge we can share
with a tool like the wiki. It's not as far from being that as
I am using Google sites for the first time to build a company website.
Well, the first time I tried years ago I became frustrated very
quickly and went to something else. This time it seems as if Google
Sites is a lot better for my purpose (coworking) than the other
website service I use. I would
Sam,
I'm sorry we didn't get more time to talk in Austin. It was a hectic day
and we were out as quickly as we came in. I'm excited for your launch and
assuming your space, and your directory are any indication I'm sure it is
going to be beautiful and well thought out. Great work.

LOL! Thanks CJay. My husband did a double take when he saw the picture
with his name next to it. I can only imagine the look on his face if
my name were first. haha!
The spot we've been watching for almost two years is ready to move in.
However, our vision for the coworking space is already
3,800SF is a great starting point. We opened our facility this past
Wednesday and it is 5700SF and is almost too much to start with. We have
luckily been able to already get 30 members, but when there are only a
couple people in there, it seems very dead because the space is so large.

Josh, that is something to think about. Imagine two people in 13K
square feet. HA! The space we are looking at is only 2,900 sf. The
other 900 sf is undeveloped. Now, that I think about it. If we did do
go with the other ideas, I can see how we could move things around to
accommodate. :-)

licensed real estate agents and encouraged them to bring a friend who
is NOT involved in real estate. Luckily, the first 6 weeks of my agent

Love your website Josh. I almost forgot why I went to it. We actually
figured out how to bring all of the pieces together by visiting your
site. We were considering a hybrid business structure. Now, we know
exactly how to do it. Thanks. LOL!
I s love your space, too!
