We are using Cobot at Mutinerie in Paris and we are pretty happy with it.

Depends on your market. One idea is to simply make hand out flyers and
leave stacks at nearby hotels, campuses, and coffee shops.
Reverse marketing is the best way. Get out and meet people, let them know
about the space.
