If you go with Ubiquity then spend the $80 on their controller. It will
automatically balance the load and keep your internet speed more stable.
I'm a fan of Ubiquity AP as a solution for coworking spaces.

We've done something similar with Sonos at Cowork Frederick. We found that
most streaming services get repetitive after a couple hours, so we use
Sonos alarms to change the station every 2 hours, plus have music
automatically start at 7am and end at 7pm M-F. The iPad app is better than
the phone ap
I get a lot of requests for one or two person offices. My larger team
offices that fit up to 6 people are more difficult to fill between members.
