[Coworking] Space allocation

Hey, so I’m working on determining the space allocation for a coworking space (either 1800sf or 2000sf) and was wondering how much sq ft should be allocated to open space, dedicated desks, and offices. In other words how much sq ft should 1 desk be and so forth? Any type of insight is welcomed.
