We here in Toronto have been working together under CoworkingToronto (
coworkingtoronto.ca).
We meet once a month, talk about various issues, decide on how we can work
together to raise the profile of coworking in town. We also just worked
with a designer to redo our logo, which should be ready so
Awesome.
Seattle has a similar group with CoworkingSeattle.org, though i believe
they are rebranding as the seattle shared space alliance or something to
that effect to include more than just coworking spaces.
This rocks.

Wanted to share this mainly because I think it's cool and maybe a good
example for other cities with a few (or more) coworking spaces. A
group of five different coworking spaces in Prague, Czech Republic got
together to see how we could work together. The immediate outcome was
a bi-weekly group mee
