Great idea! We've been doing something similar. I put up some art I
owned and work from friends. I hope to rotate it every few months.
Here in Carrboro, NC we have a local art walk that we may participate
in. Basically one day a month art galleries/bars/restaurants/studios
all over town have a
Local art in a coworking space is win win. First Thursday is a
pedestrian art night in our neighborhood and we stay open that night
for the artist whose work is on the walls that month. We've been
doing that since we've been open. Can't say it's translated to
business, but that's not why we do
We've done something similar with rotating exhibits at CubeSpace. What
we've learned is that we have limited time and energy, and when we
tried to manage the art on our walls ourselves, we failed. We now have
a curator. She's more part of the art scene than we are, and every 3
months or so new

We have art up from local artists and the idea is to have seasonal
open houses to showcase the work and our space at the same time.
We've had two rotations already and already have the artist lined up
