I'd consider our style of coworking to be based very, very heavily on word
of mouth because it's so dependent on relationships. Our members are the
BEST recruitment tool because they know who else they want to be around,
and they already have the trust of their friends and colleagues.

make it more of a bring-a-friend, like a special price trial-period or a
shorter commitment period and the existing member gets a discount on their
existing plan, or credits into their account for future fees.

We've thought about and asked our members and got a lukewarm response
to the idea. Most of our business for the coworking space comes
through referrals of existing members, events that we held which
exposed potential members to the space or from people hearing about us
in them media.
