I also appreciate the "low information diet" approach. I've also
adopted Manager-Tools.com's approach of eliminating the "attention
attenuation" by disabling outlook toast pop-ups whenever something
happens in email, etc. Disabling IM, and having the discipline to NOT
check email every 10 minutes
It's the 4HWW book that got me started with the virtual assistant that
I still have on my payroll today. It was easily one of the best
decisions I ever made for growing my business.
