"SizzleTank" is a community of leaders who share a passion for using innovation and collaboration to create a space where we bring forth the inspiring spirit that exists within all of us. Specifically, we exist to create a space of unconditional support where people are held accountable to create a life for themselves that they love. Our purpose is to ensure that members have the tools, connections, and resources that they need in order to make this happen. We are currently devoted to creating a space in the heart of San Francisco where we can assemble for work and play. This would be a space where: + Desk space could be rented on a month-to-month basis for any new startup company or not-for-profit endeavor. + Consulting could be provided for people who are seeking out ways to create their ideal lifestyle. + A social lounge would exist where at any time in the day members can socialize, connect, and share ideas about personal growth, financial freedom, sustainability, health, spirituality, politics, and well-being. + Potluck dinners would take place where visionaries can share and explore their ideas and recruit support. + We would host monthly book club discussions on books that focus on personal development and world betterment. + Inspirational speeches will be made by guest speakers on personal development. + Workshops are provided on personal financial management topics. In these workshops, strategies are covered for creating passive residual revenue streams for our members so that they can be stewards and contributing citizens for their community. + Lectures about public issues would be given by leaders in the community (similar to the Commonwealth Club of California). + Social events would be organized for members to engage in both indoor and outdoor social activities -- from movie outings to films that promote intellectualism and spirituality to outdoor adventures. + Collective purchasing would take place to help members get discounts on healthy food, sports club memberships, and anything else that would be of interest to the majority.
