I believe we've established 5.6 compatibility as of
Bytes::Random::Secure version 0.20 and newer.
So the question is: Is this a case of "Patience is a virtue", or of

Was IO::Prompt::Hooked v0.05 also a problem for your Solaris smoker?
I think that as of 0.05 the issue should be resolved for any platform
that is IO::Prompt::Tiny friendly.
