Just started smoking - getting a lot of mail warning reports

Hi, I have used CPAN::Reporter before but today I just started smoking (after upgrading CPAN::Reporter etc) and I'm getting a lot of mail warning messages like the one below. So far I have 9 or 10 of these with various reasons. Is this normal? <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>... Deferred: 450 Closing con
