Submitting test results that were collected off-line

I send test reports from CPAN/CPANPLUS as I install modules, but yesterday metabase/cpantesters was down. So I changed the transport in my .cpanreporter/config.ini from Metabase ... to File ~/.cpanreporter/offline and that directory is now full of files about test results for my recent installs.

Hi, Metabase was not down, only the cpantesters server. You could still submit reports, it was just that the post processing for the website wasn't working. All the reports were still held in a queue, so none were lost, just delayed. As for submitting these reports now, perhaps BinGOs can advise
