I would expect an ORGanization of libre artists, but I understand the point about a more official/corporative/governamental name, I agree. But I think is better to keep it short and avoid names like: "FreeAndOpenSoftwareToCreateGraphicsWithLibreToolsAndEnviromentsOrganization" that nobody remember
