I have updated the manifests for the bundles of our jsp 2.2 impl
(reference impl from glassfish), the jsp-api 2.2 and the servlet 3.0
to be minimum java version 1.6
I don't see how that will mess anyone up since that is what is
required to use them regardless, but I figured I ought to drop a note
