Noway with the build... Since the p2 repository is successfully packaged, I'm temporally removing the other zips packaging in other to have  a chance to contribute a proper p2 repository with the expected Eclipse OCL features and plugins for downstream projects.

Here's the bug for this request Delta pack for Eclipse 4.1 https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=339430 This problem will be resolved when we switch the primary Eclipse project build to be 4.2 instead of 3.8. Today we build 3.8, then the 4.2 build consumes these bundles and adds the 4
