Martin, Dave -- We've fixed our signing issues in our latest builds so TM/RSE should be good to go for RC4. We're also capturing today so that we won't be impacted by the shutdown this weekend.

NOTE: at one point, we mentioned possibly "not announcing" on Friday, since "eclipse.org" will be offline this weekend but my current thinking is to go ahead and announce like usual, but just include a reminder that "eclipse.org" will be offline and provide a pointer for people to read (on Friday :), such as http://eclipse.org/org/press-release/20130111_EclipseDownDueToMove.php I think it'd be about as confusing either way ... though might cause a "rush to download" on Friday?
