This is likely an odd/weird question coming from me, but the Babel
project is preparing for a tools release soon and the committers are
wondering if there is a mechanism to generate release notes from Bugzilla.
Any ideas on this subject would be helpful.

Hudson got hit really hard from an IP address in Bermuda (go figure) and
got stuck using 100% CPU cycles.
I've restarted it.
