eclipse-jarsigner-plugin instead of eclipse-signing-maven-plugin.

I did not test the Kepler version because they contains a critical bug
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=413614) but I will test
the Kepler version may be it is already fixed!
