In Linux Tools, we have switched over to use the
eclipse-jarsigner-plugin instead of eclipse-signing-maven-plugin.
We have noted that in past builds, we ended up getting a top-level
META-INF directory with signing info for artifacts.jar when we used the
old eclipse-signing-maven-plugin.

I did not test the Kepler version because they contains a critical bug
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=413614) but I will test
the Kepler version may be it is already fixed!

categories in kepler aggregator? I've opened 414269 several weeks ago,
