for RC4, but the validator build isn't starting. Is there some reason for
this? My project's gerrit validator is working fine.

I've updated the database. Paho has been removed from the Mars
participation list [1].
AFAICT, there is no Paho content in the shared repository, so I think
that we're done.

Yes, that is Eclipselink's unsigned version of javax.persistence that
WTP still ships- we have had issues consuming the signed version (but we
are still working on this issue).

Please test/confirm that 'staging' is as you expect. If no blocking issues
found, this will become part of .../releases/mars on Friday, approximately
10 AM.
