[cross-project-issues-dev] Scout may miss Oxygen M1

Scout is participating in Oxygen with offset +3, but likely will miss M1. We are depending on M2E which is disabled as it in turn depends on the disabled WebTools Project (see Fred Bricons message). We'll recontribute to the Oxygen Simrel Build as soon as this is resolved. Regards, Patrick
