My Simrel validation build just broke (
https://ci.eclipse.org/simrel/job/simrel.2018-09.runaggregator.VALIDATE.gerrit/51/console
)
AFAICT it is because:

Hi,
I have removed a windowbuilder update site that was in the
windowbuilder.aggrcon file in simrel for 4.9
I have changed the aggrcon file to the new location an released to master.
Please let me know if this is may cause problems for any final 4.9 build
that may happen between now and release.
The Wiki, ci.e.o and Eclipse Marketplace all share the same set of
webheads. Sometimes something happens to MarketPlace specifically and it
really slows down ci.e.o and Wiki.
We're looking into splitting things to help avoid these situations.

CDT is still to provide one more build to simrel today, it is just a couple
more critical bugfixes.
Please let me know if you have any concerns/questions.

Andrey,
Note that this is definitely a problem in the JEE RC1 package I
downloaded today from the following link:
https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/2018-09/rc1
And it is definitely the same problem installing the RC1 package using
Oomph. I don't know about RC2, but given th
With respect to the Eclipse wiki on https, seems I wasn't being patient
enough with my F5 key. Sometimes it works fast, sometimes it works super
slow, and sometimes it times out entirely. I would blame a load balancer,
if there's a load balancer involved in serving wiki.eclipse.org. Is there?

Already fixed in a newer build. Try this one:

I've seen a bug report that SQL editor does not work anymore, and the stack
seem to be related. So yes, this seem to be a new issue with RC2.

I've been testing the regenerated Oomph product catalog for 2018-09. I
thought to try JEE because that package was late showing up for 2018-09.
It installs okay but there are many errors like the following in the
log. I get these same errors unzipping the RC1 package, so it's not

Yes, we are on it.

Yes, the JIPPs/Hipps seem to be up and running, jobs are running well. But
their reachability is currently impacted.

Releng JIPP is on hipp8 and works fine for me at the moment.
Please check https://ci.eclipse.org/ to see on which hipp machine a JIPP
is located and to see if other JIPPs are unresponsive (indicated by the
little symbol in front of the name).

HIPP6 but also Simrel-CI isn’t reliably reachable for me as well. It seems to
get stuck at TLS handshake. Sometimes it works, sometimes it times out. Have
there been any updates to encryption libraries? Yesterday Github had a similar
issue, unfortunately I have no idea how they have fixed it.

Hi all,
HIPP6 is down again (or a proxy leading to it), bug reopened. Scout will be
somewhat late with its RC2 contribution, depending on when HIPP6 comes back
online.
