Platform RC1 build was supposed to happen last night, verified today and
being contributed tomorrow. Due to

probably happen during next week (assuming timely fix) thus shortening the
period for building against Platform RC1 for

I have hacked together a repository with the Mylyn doc IUs recovered
from the 2022-09 release repository:
https://download.eclipse.org/oomph/simrel-mylyn/
I've used this to revert the mylyn-docs contribution to its previous
state for M3.
