In 2023-12 our project is switching our SLF4J dependencies,
from: org.slf4j.api/org.slf4j.binding.simple 1.7.30 from 2023-06 Orbit repo
to: slf4j.api/slf4j.simple 2.0.9 from 2023-12 Orbit aggregation repo
After the switch, the slf4j.simple binding no longer seems to be found by
the LoggerFactory.

We depend on platform which includes help feature.
The help feature used to depend on jetty.http 10.0.2 which depends on
org.slf4j 2.0, with Bundle-SymbolicName: slf4j.api
The help feature now depends on jetty.http 10.0.4 which depends on
org.slf4j 1.7, with Bundle-SymbolicName: org.slf4j.api
