AFAIK they just aggregate an older version of Virgo deliverables but for
sure won't add issues to the aggregation build.
But since we're not in the current train you can remove them.

On the working assumption that Virgo will not be required to participate in the
simultaneous release in order to qualify for LTS, Virgo is not participating in
Kepler.
