Status update: we are still diagnosing errors that prevent CI instances
on the build cluster to spin up new agents and at the same time prevent
us from administrating the cluster.

As some might have noticed, the CI instances are back online. In some
cases, builds still do not start up, so some more cleaning up is
required. We hope that we can resume normal operations tomorrow.
Please remember this only affected/affects CI instances and services
like repo.eclipse.org on
