There were several errors being reported in the logs about the index, 'read
past EOF' being one of them. I took the service offline while the index
was rebuilt.
That has now finished and my initial tests indicate things are back to
normal. Can I get confirmation?

Secondary index seems to be corrupted. We may need to run reindex. Will keep
