Like the subject says, Crosswalk 19 has finally been promoted to the
beta channel. Version 19.49.514.1 is our first v19 beta release, and for
the first time we're shipping Windows betas in addition to our Android
ones.
Crosswalk's master branch is now Crosswalk 20, and will target C

deal with the most (chromium-crosswalk, v8-crosswalk and crosswalk),
