Command-line tools supporting both PKCS#12 and PKCS#11

Is anyone aware of command-line tools to import the content of a PKCS#12 file into a token accessed via PKCS#11? Of what I have found so far, iPlanet's certutil supports PKCS#11, but doesn't seem to grok PKCS#12; and OpenSSL and Microsoft's certmgr.exe support PKCS#12 but know nothing of PKCS#11 :
