After discussion the meeeting day has now moved to a monday.
So the first IRC meeting will be on 2012-07-16 at the scheduled time from
previous mail.

Forgot to mention. I will host the first meeting and keep all in line and on
topic. ;-) However, we want others to help and host meetings. Come on, do you

I suggested a monthly IRC meeting some time ago that was received well and was
asked by Frank about when we would hold such a meeting. Well... I will put
forward that it should be at present geared toward European time as most
active devs are here. We can move it around at a later time
