The main problem is that IE6 throws the layout on browser resize. It also has

I'm slowly familiarizing myself with CSS and how various browsers
implement this. I'm trying to improve my personal page. I have a

Why not just apply the png transparency style to the areas that need
them, rather than blanketing the statement and trying to subtract?
