[css-d] Unwanted horizontal line in IE

mmented-out code: /*position: absolute; top: 74px; */ If I remove the slashes and stars, the horizontal line disappears, but on longer pages, the content area flows down past the footer, rather than pushing the footer down with it. If there's a simple fix for this, I would love t
