I'm brand new to CSS and I have only been working with Dreamweaver for about a
month. I have been searching through tutorials on how to arrange images and I
was wondering if anyone could help me. I know how to insert an image and where
to place it. Is there a way I can freely move the image around? Place it
inside of text, or underneath text? Would that be in the background?
