[css-d] Problem in WinXP SP2

Hello,

I am having problems in hover of image in the IE6 Windows XP SP2.

What the reason happens this?

Example CSS Code:

#nav li.mypage a {
        width: 173px;
        height: 42px;
        background-image: url(../img/bt_mypage.png)
}

#nav-inst li a:active, #nav-inst li a:hover {
        background-position: 0 -42px
}
