windows, how can I color the outside margins. I think I want the
center to stay white so I don't have to fiddle with compatibility

links below my left-hand menu. In Safari 2.0.4 they look normal. In
IE 7.0.5370.11 they have blue borders, I guess to indicate they are a
link. But those borders are ugly. Can I remove them and still keep

I have found my lists to be formatted with the desired line space
between the bullets in Safari 2.0.4, but not in IE 7.0.5730.11. Can
someone help me with code for all the browsers to display as it does
in Safari? Any other comments as you view in browsers I don't have?
