Is their a nice CSS IDE that maintains the W3C standards, has drag and drop type of functionality, all of the nifty things you'd expect from an CSS editor? I was thinking along the lines of a Jedit, or Eclipse plugin. I'm partial to open source but commercial recommendations are welcome.
I'm interested in products the group uses and finds effective.
