[css-d] Wierd styling

Website: www.ZachInglis.com In Firefox my website looks fine but in Safari and Internet Explorer the header is not styled at all and even sometimes my sidebar goes missing. I have no clue as to what i've done wrong. Please help. Cheers Zach

im having huge trouble using the @import rule in my css stylesheet... simply: @import 'second.css"; or @import url("second.css"); nor hard coded url works I cannot do it any other way, has to be in my CSS that I call the other one. Due to the generator. __
