I have found the Browsercam.com service pretty effective for reviewing CSS designs in progress. I have set up a group purchase through fundable.com at http://xrl.us/okysh which makes the fee accessible.
This will give 20 users a year's unlimited access to screen shots with many different browsers and OS's, plus access to their Remote Access system that allows you to test live designs in Linux, Mac and Windows with a variety of browsers.
