Add...
#header {position: relative;}
...to prevent that disappearing-act in IE.

Hope you're all getting this lovely sunshine!
I've got two issues with: www.wantthatjob.com, both in IE6
1. On resizing the window, the header (logo and top menu) disappears -I
think it's a float issue?
2. The bullet points disappear when in FF they're there
