Hi, my name is Fran and I am trying to develop a webpage for a client using
pure DIV & CSS for layout. The webpage is in a 3 col format with header and
footer contained in a "wrapper" and "innerwrapper" divs. The problem page is
located at http://www.theempowermentnetwork.org/newsite/default5.htm
the css is located at
http://www.theempowermentnetwork.org/newsite/css/TenStyle4.css. This is the
base stylesheet.
IE specific stylesheet is located in the same folder/directory but is called
IE.css

Problem is when the page is viewed in Firefox and Opera, it looks fine but when
it's viewed in IE, the center div is pushed down. There's a huge space between
the header and the center div. I can not find out where in the CSS both the
basic stylesheet or the IE specific stylesheet where I messed up.

Forgive me if anybody has asked this question recently but I had just joined
this group and am about 1 strand of hair away from being bald. This is my last
resort. I have googled for information and have searched almost all the good
CSS resource site before coming across this list.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Fran
