For some reason paragraphs are overlapping the boundary of their
containing DIVs on site I am working on. I put a border around the
containing DIV to highlight this odd behaviour.

I would appreciate it if someone could see if the behaviour is
duplicated when viewing in Firefox or Netscape.
Ignore the rest of the layout - as it's a bit of a conceptual mess at
the moment!
