You should inform the browser that the stylesheets are alternative one
to the other using rel="alternate stylesheet" for the second one. Also,
yuo can give a different title to each style to have it displayed in the
menu.

it indicates that Firefox users can switch style sheets using the View >
Page Style menu. However, when I try that with this page (link below) which
I just created, I do not see the two style sheet options...
I only see "No Style"
