I've made a site map in the footer. I thought that the CSS made sense,  
but the browsers don't seem to agree.

My goal is to have the headline of each column in bold, ALL CAPS. Then  
the Level 3 links would be u&lc (upper & lowercase). Neither the  
colors nor the caps are behaving the way I expected. I don't see where  
my mistake is. Can anyone offer a good observation?

Have I made an error with the class and span elements?
